Apartment Frader Otto With Lake View

  • The Frader Otto apartment is located about 2 kilometres from the centre of Torri Del Benaco and is part of a small and elegant condominium consisting of four independent units.



    It is located on the second floor and consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a large and bright living room with an equipped kitchen and a corner used as a TV and living room area. It can therefore comfortably accommodate 6 people.



    The two large and panoramic terraces overlooking the lake and connected to each other are certainly the jewel in the crown of the property. In one, with direct access from the kitchen, there is a large masonry barbecue for the inevitable summer barbecues, enjoying the fantastic view.



    The apartment is located opposite the lake and you can access the free beach by simply crossing the main road. In the condominium garden there are two private parking spaces and also a private and fenced area of about 50 square metres furnished with sun loungers and equipped with a very useful gate also for the safety of pets travelling with guests. On the ground floor there is an area with a washing machine dedicated to our guests.



    From the lakeside promenade you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 15/20 minutes on foot.

    A few metres from the apartment we have a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Garda or allow you to take a trip to the various towns on the lake.



    From this position you can reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take a trip to MontaBaldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area. Excellent accommodation

From booking to leaving Domus where brilliant, good communication throughout. Accommodation very clean , well equipped. Location amazimg overlooking lake garda. We had a hire car for getting about but seemed to be regular buses going past, didn't use them. Thanks for an excellent holiday place to stay.

Great terrace with street noise

Spacious property, small garden, lots of parking space, view on lake grin kitchen, great terrace. It should be noted, that you hear the street noise on the terrace (sleeping is no problem as the rooms are in the back). All in all a very nice stay and terrace!

Domus rental manages this property. They are great to work with. Very responsive to any needs or requests and in a timely manner.They send detailed images and instructions for arrival and entry.The apartment was very clean throughout. The kitchen well stocked with regular drip coffee maker and an espresso maker. We did miss a bread knife to cut loaves and ice trays to make ice.The beds are comfortable and linens fresh and clean. Beach/lake towels are not available so bringing your own is advisable.The balcony is amazing and definitely a highlight of this property.

Ausblick auf den Gardasee Presslufthammer wegen Baustelle im und hinter dem Haus, defekte Toilettenspülung, Handwerker wollten ohne Begleitung der Agentur in die Wohnung kommen, schlechte Info zur Wohnung (Schlüssel, Abfallbeseitigung), wir haben nach mehrfacher ausführlicher Beschwerde eine Mietminderung erhalten.

Urlaub am Gardasee - Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, tolle große Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Gardasee, schöne Küche mit viel Platz im Essbereich, Ausreichend viel Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenutensilien. Eine schöne Wohnung! Ersteindruck war toll! - TV war kein Empfang (Internet ja) - Ameisen vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad nach dem 2. Tag - Eine vernünftige Grillzange und Grillrost - Warmwasserversorgung verbessern. Man muss das Wasser 10min laufen lassen, bis es warm wird und die Menge lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Fantastic View

The views from the balcony over the lake to the mountains beyond are breathtaking - especially at sunset. The property itself has 3 good sized bedrooms, tucked away at the back away from the road and therefore quiet. The Wifi was good and who needs a pool when the lake is just there and easily accessible? Only downsides were the water pressure and leaving and returning by car. The lack of a driveway when accessing the property through the electric gates made turning in off the main road a bit fraught at times. Visibility was obscured when leaving by recycling bins and parked cars and motorbikes on the verge side. These were minor issues and the incredible views, and eating alfresco overlooking lake and mountains will live long in the memory

Great stay - we would return

Overall, we loved the property and the view. It was clean and nicely appointed with cooking equipment/utensils. And the property managers were helpful in accommodating our requests. We would return. We recommend that the property provide more (and better) cleaning supplies for guests. Other apartments we've rented have come with a lot of cleaning supplies, such as hand soap (kitchen and bathrooms), dish soap and sponges, countertop cleaner, paper towels, hand towels (there was only 1 hand towel for a 10-day stay), and laundry detergent. And the unit could have come with more towels. The apartment sleeps 6 and we were provided with 6 -- but, again, we have stayed at many other units in Italy that have provided several more towels (as well as all of the above) for free.

Beautiful views

This property is quite lovely and very well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed but some paper towels and hand towels would certainly be helpful. Also would have appreciated basic condiments like salt and pepper as well as an ice tray. The views from the balcony are the best! There is more than one unit in the building but we were the only guest at the time. The unit is located right on the main road so there is considerable traffic during the day but the evenings were quiet. I would definitely stay here again but even though the owner provided pictures, a more detailed location description or a phone number would be helpful.

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Das Apartment war perfekt für 6 Personen und auch für Hunde gibt es im Garten einen eingezäunten Bereich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allen wichtigen Utensilien in der Küche. Die Lage ist toll und der Ausblick zum See und dem Bergpanorama wirklich wundervoll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
