You will have beautiful mountain and red rock views from the deck and inside there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa , full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and a king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Our internet is good and works well for casual internet use and tv/music streaming (buffer will prevent pause), but it fluctuates and drops for about 3 seconds every few minutes, so your zoom meeting will drop. Perfect place

Everything was exactly as listed...spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. This was a perfect place for us to regroup mid roadtrip. We were able to have some home cooked meals and do laundry plus visit Capitol Reef. The owners' communication was excellent.

Beautiful views!

Lovely hidden gem perfect for two! Clean & well-equipped. Shower/bathroom could use a bit of updating, but otherwise a great place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef Nat’l Park.

Capital Reef NP

Loved this property so much. The photos didn’t do the views justice…we enjoyed the outdoor balcony for outdoor dining, reading or just enjoying the peace of the desert…did I mention the views?! Everything on the inside was clean and cozy. Hope to travel this way again soon.

Country Charm

My wife & I rented this unit while visiting Capital Reef National Park. It was described accurately, well equipped, clean, & private yet, close to town and the park. We were very pleased with our stay & recommend it.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this was a perfect fit for my husband and me. The apartment was spacious, well stocked and immaculately clean. It was very close to accessing our hikes in Capitol Reef

Very nice, clean and comfortable. The stairs were one flight and I knew that when booking. Alittle hard to locate at first. I would recommend and stay there again if in the area.

Cozy Flat in Torrey

Directions and access from our host were easy to follow. Due to gluten allergy, we have to always cook while traveling. The kitchen was great for us. Very private with great views.

Outstanding Vacation

We stayed at this VRBO property in Torrey Utah to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary in October of 2024. Prior to arrival the owner/host sent us very detailed instructions including step by step directions. These directions included GPS coordinates that when cut and pasted into Google Maps walks you foot by foot right up to the front door. The rental is a second floor, single bedroom, single bath unit. When we arrived the home was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Everything was in its place and anything we would need was there. The rental is about 10 minutes away from the Capitol Reef National Park Visitors Center, our primary destination. It’s also about 50 minutes away from the town of Boulder Utah and the famous Hells Backbone Bar and Grill. The bookcase in the living room contains a library of books about the area including ‘Capitol Reef National Park - The Complete Hiking and Touring Guide’, an indispensable book for anyone interested in hikes. The bedroom bed was comfortable and covered with a warm comforter. The owner has even placed USB charging cables on the nightstand. Extra blankets were in the closet although we did not use them. Plenty of hangers as well. The shower supplied plenty of hot water and there were plenty of towels. We did not use the washer/dryer so can’t comment on that. We also only used the kitchen for breakfasts but it is well stocked including a drip coffee maker and a toaster. The refrigerator and oven were spotless. Th

Location right on scenic highway 12. Very private and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions. Very clean and well equipped. Gorgeous views in every direction. Would loved to have stayed longer.

That was the most amazing place! We've never felt so at home while on vacation. Darling little studio equipped with everything we needed for a two-week stay. Super quiet, comfortable bed, very quiet air conditioning, balcony with table and chairs that we used every late afternoon because it was in the shade and had the most gorgeous views of the landscape. We even saw some wildlife from there. And the host had graciously provided us with a folder of their favorite hikes in the area, which we perused and hiked with great success! Even the internet worked well! We will stay there again if we want to see Capitol Reef again...
