Charming Sea Front Bungalow

Our Seafront bungalow is located directly above the Bajondillo beach area, quiet and central at the same time, in the rocks of the popular urbanisation "La Roca". A perfect place, private and quiet and at the same time everything you need for a great holiday is within walking distance. The bungalow is furnished in a cosy rustic style and enchants with its terrace which is accessible from the living room and bedroom. You awake with the breathtaking view of the sea. Here, relaxation is guaranteed.

Livingroom:
You enter the bungalow through the bright living room in rustic style. It has a large sofa/TV corner. The sofa bed provides a third sleeping option. There’s air conditioning. The direct view of the sea through a complete window front is breathtaking.

Kitchen:
Open kitchen to the living room with counter and seatings for two persons. The kitchen offers everything you need and is equipped with a cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The washing machine is there as well.

Bedroom:
Cosy bedroom with king size bed and direct access to the terrace. A big wall wardrobe is available and air conditioning. The beautiful view of the sea when you wake up invites you to enjoy the day.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and daylight window.

Others:
WiFi available in the property.
Free parking in the urbanization area of La Roca. We cannot guarantee availability.
Access to the centre of Torremolinos through the private urbanization of La Roca, and to the beach through the private lift.

The bungalow was exactly as described and well outfitted.The hosts were helpful and the location was excellent. It should be noted that there are a lot of stairs to access the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Das Appartement war sauber, aber es waren div. Mängel. Z.B. die eine Terrassentür war nicht zu benutzen weil defekt und zugeklebt.Terrassentisch (Plastik) war in der Mitte durchgebogen und ein Fußteil war lose und sehr wackelig. Im Bad war ein großes Loch, durch Wasserschaden vorher entstanden und noch nicht wieder verschlossen. Handtuchhalter vorm Waschbecken lose. Jalousienbänder im Schlafzimmer Konnten nur bedingt betätigt werden, weil defekt und altersschwach (angerissen). Küchengeräte neuwertig, herdplatten Kühlschrank, neue Klimaanlage. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war hervorragend, vielen Dank Bettina und Theklafür die schnelle und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Sie haben Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter gehalten.Die Lage und Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns aber trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.

Mein Aufenthalt war super da Torremolinos wunderschön ist -die Wohnung war okay aber teilweise defekte Türen zur Terasse kaum Licht im Bad haben wir erneuert, Rolladen teilweise defekt, dann noch Baulärm da eine Wohnung renoviert wurde der Wasderhahn küche sprudelt die Terasse ist super aber eigentlich überteuert

Amazing views

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Excellent location with variety of bars and restaurants nearby and only 10 mins walk from railway station. The only negative is that the apartment could do with some updating, especially the bathroom. However; would come again

Frontline overlooking the beach, the terrace gets the sun all day, beaches & restaurants all within easy walking distance. Already looking at dates for next year. One of the best stays that we’ve had in years.

Idilic beachfront Appt/bungalow for adults.

Every kitchen appliance readily available providing a home from home experience in a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday residence. Would have reservations taking small children owing to the low balcony, but excellent for adults. Perhaps a little TLC required as it is becoming a little tired looking and bedding needs renewing, but the management team are extremely helpful with any concerns or issues raised. Would definitely like to return on a regular basis, as we’ve found a little gem.

Situation exceptionnelle ! Face à la mer

Beau bungalow situé face à la plage. Grand et très bien placé au-dessus de la promenade du bord de mer, proche plage et commerces. La terrasse est vraiment agréable. Appartement propre et bien équipé même si certains mobiliers mériteraient d’être renouvelés (notamment chaises longues sur terrasse, rideau.. )

Lovely lazy winter sunshine

Far exceeded our expectations. The property is a delight to stay in, the terrace has fabulous sea views and is a great sun trap and the options for eating good food were too numerous to try them all so we will have to return to complete the task!

Very welcoming staff. Met us at the gate, walked us to the property and gave us a quick and comprehensive tour. This made the experience that much better! Location and view is exactly how portrayed if not better!!! We will come here again!!!

Fremragende beliggenhed

Som helhed var opholdet fremragende med en formidabel udsigt. Dejligt med en en elevator til det sidste stykke fra lejligheden til stranden. Lidt slidt men udsigten og beliggenheden er fremragende. Kommer vil til TorremolInos igen vil vi helt sikkert bo her igen.
