"Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3"

Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out. Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. "The location is great, if you want to be in the centre of the city, the convention centre and walking distance other than the Public Market. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). Also, although the one restaurant/bar in the hotel is fine, and staff are great, consider booking a table in outside restaurant for more variety."

"I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in. I was on the 10th floor with beautiful views of the water and the Ferris wheel. Nice spacious and clean...

"Great room. Clean comfortable with plenty of amenities. We loved the natural woods. The little antique details. Extra touches. We had a bit of an accident and front desk was quick to provide first aid kit. Very assessable to downtown area. Close to bus routes and has a lot of food options nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
