Unfortunately our room smelled liked someone smoked in it, the staff was friendly and placed a machine to reduce the smell, however without being fully successful.
They offered a change of room for the day after (as it was fully booked the current night). However we passed the offer as it was a bit cumbersome as we had to check out the morning after (early) as we had plans in the city and could not check in directly to our new room.
We also found someone else’s underwear in our room when we checked out in one of the top shelf’s in the closet…
