"Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!"

"Estuve en este hotel los últimos cinco años y este año encontré un servicio mucho peor que anteriormente, no había pantuflas en la habitación, solo pusieron una bata cuando éramos dos, pagué una habitación con chimenea y el segundo día no pusieron leño para encenderla.
En la recepción no cuentan con gente que hable español…….
Siento que han bajado mucho el nivel del servicio, especialmente en servicio de habitación y recepción."
