"I booked the room with free breakfast and paid for it, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me breakfasts are not included. I was extremely patient to show her my receipt, ask her to check with her manager, etc. She said, ok, ok, I got it. They suggested restaurants, assisted in procuring transport, and always greeted me like family. Clean, large room and very affordable. Excellent breakfast as well. Owen is the best. He represents his hotel - and country - extremely well and they both should be grateful to him. The lobby is clean, stylish, and family friendly. Happy children scamper and play....

The location is fantastic, with the metro station (Wusheng Road) entrance is literally outside the hotel. It is also connected to a neighbouring mall (level 7, hotel reception level) which has many food options and a basement Aeon supermarket. There is a cinema and spa options too in the mall. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel! "
