Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt & pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

One bath towel is provided per registered guest. Please bring additional towels if required.

🔑 Unit Access

As this is a condominium building, management may occasionally require access using a master key. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible; however, emergency access may occur without prior notice. Guest cooperation is appreciated.

🌡️ Temperature Control

Heating and air conditioning are managed by condo management. Adjustments may be made within approved building limits, while seasonal HVAC availability is controlled by the building.

⚠️ Liability & Safety

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge these terms and release the host and co-host from liability. The host is not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents, vehicle damage, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

🏊 Building Amenities

Shared building amenities, including the pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub, are managed by the condominium and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond the host’s control. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for temporary amenity closures.

🛡️ Guest Verification & Damage Protection

A pre-arrival registration is required before check-in, including guest verification and either a refundable security deposit or damage waiver. Check-in instructions will be provided once registration is complete.

🔒 Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorized and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

It`s important to note that there`s construction going on in the next unit for few days. It might cause little inconvenience temporarily.
