1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval.

2. Guests & Visitors
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No unregistered visitors without host approval.
• Rooms are for single occupancy unless otherwise confirmed.

3. Noise & Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please respect neighbors and other housemates.

4. Kitchen Use
• The kitchen is shared with both upstairs and basement tenants.
• Clean up immediately after use.
• Do not leave food, dishes, or cookware unattended.
• Label and store food neatly in assigned spaces.

5. Bathroom Use
• Bathrooms are shared unless your room has a private ensuite.
• Keep bathrooms tidy, remove personal items after use.
• Limit shower time to be considerate of others.

6. Utilities (Water & Electricity)
• Utilities are included, but please use responsibly.
• Turn off lights, AC, and heating when not in use.
• Do not leave taps running unnecessarily.

7. Garbage & Recycling

• Follow the posted garbage collection schedule.
