WELCOME TO YOUR WEEK IN THE DISTRICT. The rules below keep this suite the calm, polished residence you booked — and keep us welcome in a building of full-time residents.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 4 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach.

A PRIVATE RESIDENCE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots — condominium rules and our booking platforms` community policies apply. Noise travels in condo towers; neighbours live here full-time.

QUIET HOURS per the building — and building rules apply at all times, including hallways, elevators, and amenity floors (gym, sauna, climbing wall, meditation room, co-working lounges per posted hours).

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere in the suite, on any balcony, or in the building. No illegal substances.

PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. The exact pet fee is confirmed in writing at approval — before check-in, never after. Building pet rules apply.

PARKING: your included secure spot only — guest vehicles must not use other residents` spots.

VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy).

MONITORING: No cameras inside the suite. Building common areas are monitored by the condominium corporation.

ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines (including condominium fines), damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
