    This unit has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished for your comfort.

    Guest Access
    Guests have access to one dedicated parking space, located in the middle of the east side of the driveway.
    Please park in a way that allows another car to park behind yours and ensure enough space in front for garage access. The driveway is long and spacious.

    Entry & Security
    The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code via the Verbo app, which ensures only you have access during your stay. This code is reset between guests for added security.

    Other Things to Note
    Please note that we have two friendly dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Bichon Frise) who occasionally use the backyard. As a result, backyard access is not available to guests. Kindly take this into consideration when booking.

They were wonderful hosts! It is a lower level apt but noise from upstairs was minimal. Location was convenient and amenities were good. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent accommodations. Spotlessly clean and modern. Every possible amenity is there. Advertised as a basement unit but actually only 6 steps down with huge LR window. Communication with the host and checkin were very clear with excellent security codes on 2 doors. Would definitely book this again on another visit.

We had a great stay in this super clean basement space. The host was very hospitable and went above and beyond when I mentioned I was cold — not only did he adjust the AC, but he also provided extra blankets and heaters, which made me feel very well cared for. Parking was easy and convenient.The only small downside for me was that I’m a light sleeper, and the dogs walking around upstairs after 11:00 p.m. disturbed my sleep a bit. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, and the host’s thoughtfulness really stood out.

This property is great and in a nice location. Everything was clean and looked like it has been remodeled or built recently. The beds were comfortable. It is a basement, so we did hear walking around upstairs and the dogs. They left ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers. The driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars, the center is marked so you know where to park. We had a pickup truck and had to park in between two suvs. That was a minor inconvenience for us to try to squeeze in there. I wanted to make that point for others who may arrive in a large vehicle. It's a great spot and we would definitely go back.

We were really happy with our stay. The host, Fred, was kind and communicated clearly and quickly. The space was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. There was even a washer and dryer! The only thing I would say that could be offputting for some people is that the sound proofing is light. You can hear the owners moving around and talking upstairs, and the dogs walking around. It didn’t really bother us but if I was the kind of person who wasn’t comfortable with that, it’s something I would have wanted to know in advance. That said, that is the only thing I’d note that was even slightly negative. The apartment was spacious and lovely. The neighbourhood was peaceful and calm, and there are a bunch of shops, restaurants, and a fantastic Asian grocery store all within walking distance. Oh! And the driveway parking was really convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

This was a wonderful option for our stay as we visited Canada's Wonderland. The host sent us multiple notes with specific information that was helpful. I found prior reviews that were helpful in regards to parking. We were able to park fairly easily, but we did have to pull in in front of another vehicle, thankfully we were not required to parallel park, it would have been extremely tight w/ our SUV if so. We started our visit on Canada's Day and when we arrived the neighbors had quite a few guests over and were playing loud music. Once in the unit, we heard none of it. We read the reviews and description of the property, that there were dogs upstairs. Throughout our stay, we did hear them, mostly normal noises, however one evening one of them must have been chewing on a toy on the hardwood floor and we heard it off and on for quite some time. We have dogs, so it was not bothersome to us. If you are someone unfamiliar with dogs and the sounds they make, this is not the property for you. Our host answered multiple questions on check out day regarding trash, recycling and food waste, as we weren't familiar with the rules. This was a fantastic property, within driving distance to multiple attractions, restaurants and stores. We would stay here again.
