Note - Before booking, please note that the keys are located in a lock box across the street. Please make sure that you are aware that you will need to pick up the key before heading to my place.

The Space:

➜ 50-inch smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.

➜ The living room features a double-size sofa bed capable of accommodating up to two (2) people for sleeping.

➜ Master bedroom features a king bed

➜ Clean and sanitized full bathroom with essentials.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Getting Around:

Walking:

The neighborhood around 168 Simcoe is highly walkable, with sidewalks and pedestrian crossings facilitating easy movement on foot.

Many local amenities such as cafes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, making it convenient for residents to access daily necessities.

Well-maintained sidewalks ensure a safe and enjoyable walking experience for pedestrians.



Public Transit (Subway):

Several subway stations serve the area surrounding 168 Simcoe, offering quick and efficient connections to other parts of the city.

Stations are conveniently located within walking distance, providing residents with easy access to public transit options.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that all food deliveries must be left in the main lobby.

Delivery drivers are not permitted to come up to your unit. Kindly meet them at the front lobby to collect your order.



➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
