Great Stay

The place was perfect for our group of 20 to hang and still have privacy for sleeping. The kitchen pretty much only has appliances, but Sunny was quick to provide any additional dishes and pots/pans needed for our stay.

Stay from the 6th of August to the 9th

Overall our stay was great ! The host was available when we needed and even offered his help in case we need anything. The place was as advertised and we didn't have any issues having everybody over ! As for certain points our group would like to mention 1 - In the basement, a lot of us found spiders and spider webs in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not that it bothered us but just in case it does for others. 2 - There is a water room next to a blue bedroom without windows in the basement. In that bedroom, if you walk on the planks next to the water room, there is water coming through them.There is a smell of humidity there as well. 3 - There seems to be a problem with flies in the water room as well and they aglomerate in that same blue bedroom in the basement. 4 - Finally, in the first bedroom to the right on the top floor, in the bathroom linked to it, the shower head does not shoot water properly. That is all we noticed, it did not bother us in our stay but we think it might for others in the future. All and all, we had a really nice stay ! The teens enjoyed it very much and the adults as well ! Thanks again for being available to us !

The White House experience

This property surpassed our expectations for a family reunion of about 50 people . We were very impressed with Sunny(owner’s) customer service and the cleanliness of the property. He was very easy to work with. Absolutely recommended!

Best place to host a party and amazing host!

From the very beginning of our meeting with Sunny via email and text were awesome. Never overbearing but always attentive to our needs and request. The home is well kept and incredibly spacious . We held a surprise birthday party in the backyard and he was very generous to offer us the space to come early to complete the set up. Without exception every visitor was impressed with the home and the space set a great atmosphere to close deals in a relationship atmosphere. I will definitely rebook this place again if I ever wanted to throw another party. Thank you very much again for allowing to rent the place!

Beautiful Place!

This place was amazing! The paintings on the wall and the architecture of the house was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with and check in process was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and next time we come to Toronto we would definitely stay here again. Note: it is about 20 min drive to downtown Toronto.
