Property manager is a company, not individuals. They were very responsive to messages but were not very flexible on things like check-in (I had to pay a large fee if I wanted to check in even 30 minutes early). Also, it wasn't super clean on arrival. They immediately sent someone after I complained, but I still had to clean a good amount after that. However, its a very big space for one person and I was definitely comfortable. Bus access was very easy and I was able to reliably take transit every day that I was there. A few minor notes: - the picture of the porch is accurate, but you can't tell that its actually shared with other people and is basically in a parking lot. - washer/dryer are in a storage space that I think is used by other tenants. This is totally fine but it would have been nice if policies around that space were communicated in advance, since I couldn't tell which cleaning supplies I was allowed to use. - The kitchen had all the basics, but it would have been nice if there were things like baking sheets and a full knife set for longer stays such as mine. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a long period of time and I think it also would have been perfect for a short stay.
