Exterior security cameras only — never inside. Quick ID verification and a short rental agreement after booking. Pets on request (fee applies).

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Up to 20 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Anyone beyond your booked count, day visitors included, needs our written approval in advance. Please name one organizer as our point of contact.

YOUR FAMILY`S HOME BASE, NOT A VENUE. Functions, receptions, open-invite gatherings, outside vendors and commercial photo or film shoots aren`t hosted here; no attendees beyond your registered group. Your hall hosts the celebration, where nothing can cut it short; this home keeps your family together around it (our booking platforms` community policies and City of Brampton by-laws).

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No amplified music outdoors, ever. Twenty voices carry — please keep the backyard conversational after dark.

PARKING: driveway only; please keep neighbours` driveways and the street clear. Ask us about overflow parking before you arrive.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.

PETS: welcome on request with prior approval; a pet fee applies. Please don`t leave pets unattended, and keep them off beds and furniture.

MONITORING: exterior security cameras only — never inside. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video.

ENFORCEMENT: a breach of these rules may end the stay without refund, and fines, damage and extra cleaning costs may be recovered.
