The Space:

➜ The living room has a comfortable air mattress to ensure an enjoyable sleep.

➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➜ Bathroom includes a bathtub shower.

➜ A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

This location is in the Waterfront Communities-The Island neighborhood in Toronto. 151 Dan Leckie Way is a five minute walk from the 509 Harbourfront at the Queens Quay West at Dan Leckie Way West Side stop. Nearby parks include Victoria Square Park, Waterfront Children's Garden and Clarence Square.



Getting Around:

This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.



Other Things to Note:

➤ For short-term stays (less than 28-night stays), 4 guests are allowed. For month-long stays (28 nights and more), only 2 guests are allowed. Please carefully read before booking.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
