"We booked this hotel based on the excellent rating but it was far from it. From the time of check-in and not being able to understand the employee at the front desk to walking into our room that was warm and smelled. The area didn't seem safe and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our car in the lot. The bathroom is so tiny (don't enter if you are claustrophobic), the toilet seat was loose, and we had mold on the shower ceiling. "I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!"
