"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! "

"Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( "

"Staff is amazing. Was hard to keep my husband out of the warm cookies every night. Breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of foods. Always had hot coffee day or night. Room was immaculate. No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!"

"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."

"Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect."

"After a long day at the hospital we showed up late (12am) in the evening to check in to our reservation. Check in went pretty smooth besides the front desk person being preoccupied with her upset baby. When we opened the door to the room it was disgusting! Trash overflowing the cans onto the floor, dirty shoe prints in the bathroom and the bedding was balled up and thrown on the beds. We went down to the front desk and she informed us it was her last available room. We left and went to another...

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. "Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."
