"Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

"Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel."

"The day we went, we saw the sheets had been changed months ago. They were not fresh. Bathroom had a leaky faucet. Tv and room phone were not working. Above all the room was nothing like the pictures. Looks like they took the pictures when the hotel was new. It looks 50 years older now. "

"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia.
