"Hotel was clean although i did not realized right away they had us stay in a smoking room which we did not like as were not smokers, also we book for a group of 5 and were given 2 smoking rooms and my daughter was forced to sleep on the floor, I tried reaching out to Expedia but in the end could not help us as they were having a hard time communicating with the front desk to explain the situation. overall we enjoyed good breakfast. "We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance."
