The Space:

Soft coastal air settles over the Matiari development as the day begins - garden views stretching beyond the patio, a hammock stirring gently, and the quiet pace of a residential neighborhood that makes it easy to breathe. Nuevo Vallarta sits just beyond the gate, with Banderas Bay beaches, local restaurants, and outdoor escapes all within easy reach whenever the mood strikes.



Living space

The home is a single-level space that moves comfortably between indoors and out. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool, while a private entrance, self check-in, and building staff available around the clock make arrival effortless at any hour. A TV, dedicated workspace, and reliable Wifi ensure you have everything on hand for both downtime and staying connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds and 1 Double Sofa-bed. Each room is set up for genuine rest - bed linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, hangers, a safe, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron are all provided. A crib and Pack 'n play/Travel crib are available for families with little ones, along with children's books, toys, dinnerware, and window guards.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics and dishes you'll need. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, whether that's a slow morning breakfast or a late dinner after exploring Bucerías. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for outdoor grilling.



Outdoor living

A patio or balcony provides a comfortable perch over the garden, and the hammock is exactly where you'll end up after a beach day. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make the backyard an easy extension of the living space - good for quiet mornings with coffee or laid-back evenings with the group. Beach essentials including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are included, and a kayak and bikes are available for time on the water or around the neighborhood.



Pool, gym, and shared amenities

Within the Matiari development, you have access to a pool, gym, and resort access to nearby facilities. These shared spaces offer options for swimming laps, staying active, or simply spending time outdoors without going far.



Bathroom

Two bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Towels and toilet paper are provided, and a washer and dryer are available on site for longer stays or post-beach refreshes.



Location

Set in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta in the Tondoroque area, the property offers a peaceful residential atmosphere with convenient access to the area's highlights. Plaza Lago Real sits next door for shopping and everyday needs, and you're a short drive from the beaches of Banderas Bay, nearby golf courses, and the dining scene of Bucerías.



Getting around

Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and the property is approved for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A laundromat is also nearby for extended visits.



This pet-friendly home suits families, small groups, and longer stays - a calm, well-equipped base with easy access to the coast, recreation, and everything Nuevo Vallarta has to offer.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host

You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



PET FRIENDLY

We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
