WINTER (Mid-Nov – Mid-May): We exclusively host Mid-Term stays (30+ nights), optimized for traveling medical professionals and corporate travelers. During these months, the calendar will only accept bookings of 30 days or more.

SUMMER (Mid-May – Mid-Nov): We are open for Short-Term vacation stays (3-night minimum).
