The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

"Modern, clean, beautiful hotel in the old town. Great, friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant too. Wonderful breakfast setup. Be aware, no access by car so park at one of the recommended underground garages and roll yourselves over. Takes about 7 minutes. "

She goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful with delicious breakfast every morning, laundry service. The location is unbeatable for the best restaurants, good, and close to the beach, it is in a bustling neighborhood which can be loud but with the windows closed tight I could barely hear anything.
