House by the Lake with two teraces

Holiday house "House by the lake" is located in the idyllic village of Most na Soči, in the valley of the Soča River, in the direct vicinity of the lake. The two large terraces give the house a special charm and they offer a wonderful view of the lake, the surrounding hills and mountains. The holiday house offers a lot of privacy and peace, as it is entirely intended for you.

The holiday house on two floors, in a total size of 160 m2, is suitable for couples, families, as well as smaller groups (max. 6 persons). We are welcoming all lovers of nature, water sports, fishermen, paragliders and hang gliders, cyclists, hikers and all those who want to relax and rest.

The holiday house offers three furnished accommodation units (beds 180x200, 180x200 and 140x200), anteroom, internet, LCD TV, washing machine, kitchen with all necessary equipment, coffee machine, microwave, pantry, dining room, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, toilet, living room, terrace with deck chairs and seating area, terrace with dining table, free private parking, free rental of kayaks. Sheets and towels are provided.

In the surrounding area you can enjoy many sports activities, cultural and tourist attractions. In the immediate vicinity of the house are possible walks by the lake, panoramic boat trip with boat« Ladja Lucija«, a short walk to the sightseeing point, a walk along the cultural and historical trail "Čez most po modrost", visiting the archaeological museum and more.

In the immediate vicinity there are also bars, pizzeria, restaurants, grocery store, post office, ATM, gas station, bus station.

The valley of the Soča river is an emerald pearl in the middle of Julian Alps. It will surely impress you with its rich history, wonderful unspoiled nature, diverse selection of sports activities, excellent cuisine and tourist and cultural sights.

Gut am See zusein

Eine gute Zeit in einem schönen Haus. Der See hat bei der Hitze für Abkühlung gesorgt, die Bar war gut für kühle Getränke und kleine Snacks. Wichtig zu wissen: die Durchgangsstraße macht einen früh wach, gerade wenn dir Fenster offen sind. Kajaks vom Haus sind gut geeignet für die erkundung des Sees.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus direkt am See. Wir bekamen super Tips von unserer Vermieterin die sich echt bemüht hat uns den Aufenthalt so unvergesslich wie möglich zu machen.

Aufenthalt in einem Traumhaus

Wir verbrachten traumhafte und entspannte Tage in Nenas Haus. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und bei zwei Traumterrassen muss man sich jedesmal aufs Neue entscheiden, wo man sich hinsetzt. An Einrichtungen ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Lage ist herrlich und auch die Boote brachten uns entspannte Stunden auf der Soca. Most na Soci selbst ist ein kleiner, liebevoller Ort mit sehr guten Restaurants und Cafes. Von der Haustür aus kann man auch wunderbare Wanderungen machen. Danke Nena - es war sehr schön.

Villa mit Traumblick

Die alte Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden. Eine zweite Toilette wäre für die Zukunft sinnvoll. Bei 6 Personen musste man sich morgens schon absprechen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist ein Traum. Wir haben diese sehr genossen. Auch die dazugehörigen Kanus, wurden von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch hervorragend. Einzig störende ist die laute Straße, die in den Morgenstunden in dem sonst ruhigen Örtchen viel befahren wird.

Erholung am Wasser

Das Ferienhaus liegt mit seinen 2 wunderschönen Terrassen direkt am Wasser. Wir sind fast täglich im See geschwommen, was bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr erfrischend war. Die zwei Paddelboote sind eine hervorragende Ergänzung, um die Soca und ihre Nebenflüsse weiter kennenzulernen. Das Domizil ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Aufgrund seiner Größe hat es uns einen entspannten Urlaub mit unseren zwei pubertierenden Kindern ermöglicht. Einzig die direkte Lage an der Straße und der damit verbundene Lärm ist ein Minuspunkt, der aber nur ins Gewicht fällt, wenn man bei geöffneten Fenstern schläft. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und steht jederzeit mit Ratschlägen für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Sehr schönes Haus, welches super geeignet ist für 5 bis 6 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Nena war immer problemlos und bei Fragen war sie immer in kürzester Zeit für einen da. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wie man sie aus deutschen Haushalten kennt fehlt leider. Dafür fehlt es sonst an nichts. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und würden das Haus und Nena auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique séjour, propriétaires très gentils, maison bien équipée avec superbes terrasses, proximité du lac très agréable Seul bémol, la proximité de l’an grande route qui engendre un peu d’en bruits

Wunderbarer Urlaub am Wasser

Wer so wie wir gerne am Wasser ist und die Isonzo-Gegend liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Nenas Haus bietet viel Platz, was für uns mit Teenagern ideal war, die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir aber sowieso auf den zwei Terrassen mit herrlichem Ausblick. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die gemütliche alte Aura des Hauses und das für eine Woche völlig ausreichende Angebot an Geschäften und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Das große Plus sind die zwei Kajaks, die Nena zur Verfügung stellt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus in beide Richtungen losfahren und findet wunderschöne Stellen zum Baden. Selbst in der Hochsaison ist man fast immer für sich, und da der Fluss aufgestaut ist, muss man kein Wildwasserprofi sein, das Wasser hat kaum Strömung. Da es uns gleich vor Ort so gut gefallen hat, sind wir gar nicht dazu gekommen, anderes in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Wir haben auf jeden Fall vor, wiederzukommen!

Rundum entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in diesem Haus. Die beiden Terassen waren toll, sowie der Ausblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hatten gute Tipps für unsere Urlaubstage.
