Last weekend we had 3 adult women and a 9 month old baby and stayed from Friday night until Sunday Morning. We noticed Friday night that there was no hot water at the sink. We tried to take showers in the morning and had no hot water. Notified the owner and he said he would check it out. Came home from the zoo and he had to replace the hot water tank. He left and came back later and water was shut off for hours. Finally came back on a little after 10PM that night (after we were already in bed) and hot water would be on about 20 minutes later. Owner said he would refund us for one night since none of us were able to shower until Sunday Morning (the morning we were leaving). I’ve contacted the owner a couple of times but he is not responding. Still have not received any refund. We also only had about a half a roll of toilet paper and half a roll of paper towels. There was also no kitchen towel. We had to use a bath towel to dry the dishes. I understand things break and need fixed, but we had 3 adult women and a 9 Month old baby in that couldn’t shower/bath for 2 days. We would have appreciated a response from the owner and a refund.
