Welcome to the Little Blue Bungalow! Explore the vibrant shops and dining of historic uptown Perrysburg, just steps from your door. Whether you’re catching the weekly farmers market, exploring Fort Meigs or visiting one of the areas many metroparks, the Little Blue Bungalow is your perfect home away from home. This family-friendly home has the charm of an historic property with the comfort and convenience of a complete remodel (including 3 full bathrooms), and well appointed chefs kitchen.

Bright and airy with modern finishes, the space still retains its original charm.

We’re equipped for just about anything you might want to cook! The kitchen includes a Keurig style coffee maker, hot water kettle, griddle, air fryer and toaster, as well as a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets and kitchen utensils.

All three bedrooms can be found on the second story, along with two of the three bathrooms. The third fully finished bathroom is located in the basement.

Characterized by quaint homes in a range of architectural styles, Perrysburg’s vibrant “Uptown” district is known for its small town charm, as well as walkable shops and dining.

For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.
No parties, please. Please declare all pets on the reservation. We ask guests with pets to clean up waste in the yard daily. Cleanup of any waste left after checkout will incur an additional $50 fee. Please refrain from using the fireplace. The house is old and this is the number one cause of house fires. NO SMOKING of ANY kind in the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No fireworks. No tampering with security cameras. Please adhere to the stated number of guests. No unaccompanied minors. Failure to abide by any of the above may result in loss of security deposit or cancellation and forfeiture of payment for the entire stay. We appreciate your consideration.

Thank you for the shoveled walk and driveway. We also really appreciate the help from Josh when the back lock disconnected from wifi. Rapid responses via the app were most excellent in the moment of panic. We love staying at the little blue bungalow. We have booked the house next door for our next residency weekend!

The Blue Cottage was as described and exceeded our expectations. From convenient parking to a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds, we enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable on our trip to the area to see family. Communication with our host was easy.The neighborhood location is great with easy walking to “town” or down to the river, easy driving too. A visit to any of the Metro Parks along the river is a must.

Excellent location and so close to downtown Perrysburg. Very clean and well equipped with many necessities provided. Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. If you are not used to multi floor homes the steps to access bedrooms and bathrooms are not as challenging as a previous review I saw. The neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommend a walking to downtown, so many great shops and eating places.

The house is great. It is an older house with charm that has also been updated to today’s standards. It has everything you need and is convenient to the highway, etc. Highly recommended.

Great place!

My three sisters and I rented the house for 3 nights! It was lovely, completely updated and in a great location. We walked a few blocks to uptown Perrysburg which is so quaint. There were several restaurants and cute shops.

Great home and location

Quick weekend trip to visit Toledo. Perrysburg is a cool little town with plenty of places to eat and tons of charm. Toledo is a great city to spend the day. House has tons of vintage charm. It was extremely clean, probably the cleanest we’ve ever been in. Beds were really comfortable. Location is great as it’s close enough to walk to downtown and the river. Hosts were always available. Definitely 5 stars.

Beautiful place. Inside and out. Few of us Had a little trouble going upstairs to use the bathroom , since we’re elderly. The bed was extremely comfortable, slep good. Liked having coffee and food available. Very clean and cool.

A great stay in Perrysburg!

We had a fantastic weekend in Perrysburg and this place place was perfect! Great location near downtown main street (walking distance), which we took advantage of to see the river walk, shops and had a great dinner on the patio at Rosaria's. We were in town to visit with relatives in Maumee and Perrysburg area as well as Sylvania and were able to get around to a number locations with ease, including Tony Packo's! Minor Wi-Fi issue and I don't even use it as a negative with available hot-spot with phones to cover when needed, and there wasn't much sitting around anyways. If you're coming to town stay here! I know my on my next visit to Toledo, I for sure will!
