Casa Sueño - Beautiful Ocean Front Home in Rancho Santana!

This gorgeous ocean front house is perched directly above Playa Rosada within the gated community of Rancho Santana. With stairs leading to the rocky beach below, just steps from the Rosada break, Casa Sueño is ideal for surfers eager to catch the perfect window, or for anyone looking to unwind to the rhythm of the waves. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults.

Booking Policy:
50% of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, along with airport transportation and meal plan payment if booking either or both of these services. Full payment is due at time of booking if booking is being made 30 days or fewer before check in.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days cancellation notice - full refund less 5.5% transaction fee
30-59 days cancellation notice - cancellation fee 50% of rental rate less 5.5% transaction fee
Less than 30 days notice - no refund

The upper level offers two ocean-facing bedrooms that open onto individual terraces, each with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom downstairs opens onto the patio and has two twin beds that can be joined to make a king upon request, plus its own ensuite bathroom.

The home includes air conditioning throughout, an infinity pool with uninterrupted ocean views, outdoor patio area with BBQ, wireless internet, and televisions in every bedroom, as well as a television in the living room featuring a Roku. An upstairs office between the two bedrooms offers a quiet workspace with a lovely sea view. Each bedroom also has a closet for clothes and personal items. For your convenience, there is also a half-bath downstairs in the common area. Housekeeping (included 3 times weekly, excluding Sundays) and gardening services are included, and an in-home catering service is available as an add-on to your luxury vacation. The home is also conveniently located about 200 meters from La Boquita clubhouse and restaurant.

Please note that occasional power outages are common in our area. This property has a back generator that will power everything in the house. Please be mindful to turn off anything you are not using during a power outage.

DISTANCE FROM AIRPORT

Casa Sueño is located about a 2 - 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino airport in Managua. Another option can be the Liberia, Costa Rica Airport located approximately 3 hours from the Rancho Santana development. Flying into Liberia requires a border crossing, and our drivers can be on-hand to help with navigating, escorting guests across both borders and delivering them safely to their accommodations.

We do offer transportation service to and from the airport (for an additional fee). If you would like to rent a vehicle, we highly recommend renting a 4x4 as it does get a bit bumpy in Nicaragua, and not driving at night without a guide. We can coordinate delivery of a rental vehicle to your villa, free of charge!

A vehicle will also allow you to access the Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros surf breaks. There is a back road within Rancho Santana that leads to a surf parking area (and great taco restaurant!). You can park there and surf Los Perros out front or walk to Panga Drops and Playa Colorado.
