The property is situated on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The shared balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the hallway.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance.
