Our home, named Stelie, is a beautifully renovated family home where the old and new coexist harmoniously, built on a large plot of land in the Normandy countryside.
This renovation has been designed to create a peaceful, comfortable, and family-friendly atmosphere, and is fully equipped

It is close to many tourist attractions and amenities: 5 km from Luneray, 10 km from Bacqueville-en-Caux, and 15 minutes from the nearest beach, Veules-les-Roses.

On the raised ground floor, a welcoming space:
*Entrance: a welcome booklet awaits you for more information; *8m² fully equipped kitchen with natural tones: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine (filter coffee machine available), toaster, dishwasher, kettle, extractor hood, small appliances, kitchen utensils, and some toiletries (dishwashing liquid, hand wash, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)
*25m² living room: the living room has a sofa, an ottoman, a smart TV, and Netflix; the living room has a decorative fireplace, a dining table, 8 chairs, a bridge table, and a dresser.
*Balcony: access to the balcony is via the front door or the living room, where you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor tables and chairs.
*5m² bathroom with toilet: bathtub, sink, hooks, laundry basket, toilet, hairdryer, and a fan-assisted towel dryer for added comfort.
*Two bedrooms, each 10m²: they have each with a 160x200 bed, bedside tables, mobile light point (3 intensities, rechargeable USB socket), a chest of drawers, a suitcase rack, hooks with hangers.
*Simply 70s storage room: cleaning equipment and small appliances: griddle, raclette grill, blender, etc.

The staircase with its wooden steps and pretty messages leads us to the garden level, a relaxing space, the hallway leads to:
*the laundry room where the dryer and washing machine will delight many;

*Under-stair storage with baby essentials (high chair, 2 travel cots up to 18 months, booster seat, bed rail),
*A 10m² bathroom with toilet: walk-in shower with thermostatic faucet, vanity unit with storage (hairdryer), illuminated mirror (hot/cold 3 settings) with demister, fan-assisted towel dryer, coat hooks, etc.
*Two bedrooms of 13m² and 14m²: each offers a comfortable 160x200cm bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, a light point on each side of the bed, a luggage bench, natural light from the window, and blackout blinds.
*A 13m² relaxation area: bridge for reading, foosball, chest with board games, and a pear-shaped chair
*A terrace under the balcony.

**The enclosed, wooded garden blooms differently each season. Hydrangeas reign supreme, and a walnut tree sits behind the house, complete with a swing. On the south side, a bench awaits you, allowing you to admire the garden, its roses, and aromatic herbs. A storage shed provides access to the garden furniture.
