Big, very private country house where everyone can finally get together 🤙🏼

Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

We needed a place to meet together as a family over Christmas. This place met our needs perfectly. We had space, entertainment (hiking trail, pool table, air hockey), big TV. Kitchen was fantastic with 2 dishwashers and a big wall oven and gas stovetop. Plenty of seating, and space. All appliances worked as stated. Marc is the best! What a great host. No hesitation needed, just book it!

The house is very impressive with a sizable yard, numerous sleeping accommodations, and various entertainment options. The secluded property is in a nicely wooded area with wildlife nearby.

Marc is super accessible and professionally acommodating. We went down for a wedding and had 14 people, 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen is amazing and well stocked for large groups. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Location is scenic and peaceful. Had everyting we needed for a large group and more! Thanks Marc! iwayThekitchen

This home fit 17 of us for a long weekend rafting trip on the Chattooga River. We had 11 teens and 6 adults, and we all fit comfortably! The home is equipped with everything you need. We had an excellent time! Marc was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is very spacious for a group of 12, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of games and activities located at the house, along with all the kitchenware we could ever need. We did not need to leave throughout our stay! Definitely recommend for any occasion.

We needed a home for our extensive family to stay in the night before our daughter’s wedding on the Chatooga River the next morning. This home was perfect! Lots of beds. A comfortable kitchen and 30 minutes from the river. This area is very special to us and the ability to stay in the middle of it really meant a lot to us.

Came back to Toccoa to visit family gravesites, old homes and the city in general. Our family has long roots to prominent members of Toccoa community dating back to the mid 1800's.

We needed a place big enough for our family Christmas. This place worked perfectly! Plenty of room for the grown kids as well as the grandkids. The little ones spent hours running around playing hide-n-seek (hiding around corners) and the big ones spent hours playing pool. It was roomy enough to have the kids coloring in the kitchen while we were making dinner/breakfast without them being in the way. It was out in the woods so no worries of the kids being to loud. Excellent communication with the owner!! Would 100% stay here again, and may next Christmas!

In town for a wedding, this large home easily accomodated our group of 10, and our 2 dogs. Set in the woods with a winding gravel driveway, it was very private with beautiful scenery. The kitchen is huge, with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and just about every kitchen appliance you could imagine. The home is not solely used as a rental, so the owners belongings are also present, which was a first for us. There is a pool table, games, and great satellite and cell service. Marc, the owner, is very friendly and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again!
