Large private lakeside home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 5 private bedrooms 2 full baths & half bath. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools playgrounds paddle boats mini golf basketball & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks skiing snow tubing recreational parks hiking fishing biking shopping fine dining NASCAR & casinos.

This is the ideal home to bring your family to. Located in an amazing private gated amenity rich community; A Pocono Country Place. Boasting over 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

Home is located within a close proximity to indoor/outdoor water parks ( Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback ) skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos and more.

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance

Seasonal access to, 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

We prioritize providing privacy to all guests, however we are available to answer all questions via phone, text, and email.

Home is located in a safe gated community “A Pocono Country Place” on a quiet street with little traffic.

Wonderful house with big rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful area to stay I stay for three nights on New Year’s Eve with friends and family and we had a great time. I can’t wait to go back and stay at summertime. It’s right next to the lake and it will be beautiful in summer too.

Perfect Stay for Our Group TripWe had an outstanding stay at this property. The house was incredibly well-equipped for our group of eight (8) adults. Having two full-size fridges was a huge plus—we used one for food and the other strictly for drinks, and it made the whole weekend run smoothly.The seating area and large TV were perfect for the football weekend, and the quiet neighborhood gave us the downtime we needed between games and outings. The home offered more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, and we really appreciated the body wash, shampoo, and ample linens providedCommunication with the owners was excellent from start to finish—quick, friendly, and helpful.Lows: None. The house was exactly what we needed and more.Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you very much!

The house was clean, with lots of towels and blankets for everyone! The kids loved the game area in the garage, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and a few baking items that were helpful. We did find the bunk beds very squeaky, maybe the screws need to be tightened?

Property matched our expectations. Clean and plenty of room for large extended family. Bonus connected bedrooms were great for the many kids we had. May not be ideal for heavy adult trip but was perfect for us.A slight lack of dressers wasnt ideal for some but overall was fine. Huge TV in living room, great firepit and outdoor space. Walking distance to lake and one of the few pools. Renters do need to pay for pool, but owner was super understanding and was willing to work with us. Not sure if thats always the case, but very reasonable to do so since its not advertised in the property details as such. Says alot about them though.Easy to get to major attractions but a bit remote for food shopping and good restaurants. Again, owners were fantastic and very responsive. I would recommend and stay again. Entire family had a great time. Weather helped that is was nearly perfect the entire week. I would rate overall 9 out of 10. They dont have 4.5 stars, but definitely closer to 10 than 8.

Great girls weekend

Located in a safe neighborhood with pools and playgrounds that were well kept and fun for the kids. It rained most of the trip, but the house had lots of games and tvs to keep everyone entertained. Hosts were very responsive both before and during our stay and have an excellent reputation in the community. I would definitely rent from them again.

Family Reunion 2024 - One of 4 houses!

The portion of our family that stayed here enjoyed it very much! Except for a day at the water park, everyone ate breakfast and lunch at the house. The extended family of 40 was also fed dinner from the house one night; with many of us eating outside. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Rental

We had plenty of room for 8 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. Everyone enjoyed the game room in the garage and the big screen TV. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit in the evenings. Saw lots of deer and geese, a groundhog and a fox. Used the swimming pools, paddle boats and mini golf. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The owners, Alex and Bernard were very nice to work with.

Amazing weekend

We had the best time. The house had everything and more. The kids loved the movie and game room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The backyard and firepit are awesome. The facilities and neighborhood were everything you need for a fun filled stay.

Perfect space for big family

Best rental I have ever booked! House is large and spacious. Plenty of room for kids to run around if you get trapped in on a rainy day. The theater room, game room and fire pit gave us plenty of free activities to do....as well as the fishing, swimming, paddleboats, playgrounds and dog parks that are near by. Rare property for the space and they allow my dogs! I would recommend the house to anyone. We will def be back! Thank again for the wonderful accommodations:)

Amazing stay

This is a perfect place for a Poconos trip! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures; we were satisfied with all of the furnishings and amenities in the house. The location of the house is very good as well. We had no hiccups getting in and out. The host is quick to respond and very respectful. We had a lot of different requests yet the host was extremely accommodating. I would definitely try to book with this host again in the future.
