Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The downstairs bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed, along with a pullout trundle bed, and a full bathroom just across the hall for added convenience. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, while the other also offers a queen bed and a pullout sofa in the master bedroom. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway, and both upstairs rooms come with smart TVs for your entertainment.

✔ Seasonal Watercraft Availability: Kayaks and other watercraft are available for guest use seasonally and may not be available during the colder months.
✔All guests will have access to the entire property and all the Community Amenities (with a daily fee). Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
