We do have wildlife, including bear sightings, so do not leave food or trash outside.

The home is located in the beautiful Pocono Farms Country Club Association. There are many seasonal amenities to enjoy during your stay including tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocci ball, kayaking and paddleboarding, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, The Lakeside Grill and Pub (a private restaurant for members and their guests) a beautiful 18 hole golf course and a pristine fitness center.
During the winter months ice skating and sledding is available (be sure to bring your own skates and sleds-no metal rungs for the sleds) All these amenities are located near 182 Lake Road Tobyhanna, PA 18466 which is just a short distance from the house. Some fees may apply (such as golf, fitness and pool use for some guests) You will find more detailed information along with your amenities wristbands in the Welcome Packet that you will pick up from Member Services.
Registration information must be sent at least 3 days prior to arrival or $100 late fee applies
Smoking outdoors only - all evidence to be cleaned up. No smoking within 10 ft of windows or doors
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be staying at the property.
Guests are required to follow all community rules and will pay any fines incurred during their stay.

It was great we were coming in town to vosit family and needed a house big enough for us all. Its also getting colder so we didnt want to have to leave the rental. There were tons of things to such as the pool table the movie theatre room and spending cold nights in thr hot tub was great! Everything was clean and there were plenty of utebsils in the kitchen for cooking. Plenty of space for my party of 8. Owner was responsive and check in and put was quick and easy i would highly recommend this place and would defintly stay here again in the future.

Stayed here with a group of friends for our 50th birthday celebrations. Perfect house for us as we looking for a place to hang out and have fun. Game room and home theater were great and the grill and fire pit were put to good use. Super close to food, stores and the casino. Would definitely stay again when going back to the pocono area.

House was exactly as posted. The gas fire pit in the backyard was perfect for the Fall weather outside to sit and chat. The game/theater room led to countless hours of fun for a buddy golf weekend. Excellent stay. Would recommend for those visiting in the area!

Easy getaway. - Great community amenities (pool, lake, golf, pickleball/tennis, etc.). House amenities as well - game room, movie theater, back-yard hangout, hot tub, etc... Highly recommended.

See less check in/checkout. Very accommodating golf course in neighborhood that was fun to play with challenging greens. Very fun playground and beach area for guests. Pool was fine. We had 10 but you only get 6 free passes so had to pay 10 for the other members but not the end of the world. They were redoing surface of tennis courts so they will be nice. Dunkin’ Donuts five minutes away. Walmart and Starbucks at McDonald’s 10 minutes away.

I highly recommend this rental home! My family loved this house and all of the amenities offered within the community! The house was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor to space out and the game room in the basement was perfect! Any questions I had were answered immediately and it was very easy to check in with easy to follow instructions for the every detail you needed to know. There was ample parking and plenty of grocery stores nearby to stock up. We will definitely be returning again with our family as we all loved the week we had in the Poconos and this house was perfect for our family and checked all boxes for us!
