"Booked this property for a long weekend with family. Everything was just as description and photos showed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. Thanks Ivy and your team. Oh make sure you like deer because there all around. One little buck would come up on the deck and bang on the door. Not kidding."

"My family enjoyed our time at the cottage and it was a great location for kalahari and other sites we wanted to visit. The game room was a welcome addition. The kids loved it! The adults did as well."

"If you enjoy arriving at your rental and walking inside at check-in time, this place is not for you. We arrived at the guard station at arranged check-in time and told we were not on the guest list. The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals. We tried to contact the property manager, but no answer. So we got in line again and begged the HOA people to help us. They finally reached the...

"Great place to relax, very spacious, two outdoor screened in rooms, large bedrooms and closets. Very clean and is pet friendly. We enjoyed our weekend to relax and visit nearby ATV Tours, jaunts to Starbucks, Door Dash late night snacks, fire pit S'mores making and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Perfect size home for a family of 3 and avid book readers. Plenty of books!"

"We were there families of friends coming together for a weekend to just be together. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The fireplace was delightful for a evening of games, talking and laughing. We highly recommend this house for a family or groups getting together to spend quality time together."

"We had a great gate away…. The house very comfortable, cozy and beautiful … the game room has a lot of games my kids loved it. The owner was in touched with us all the time and to contact him if we needed him. The only thing is that there is $12 fee pp to use the pools I think that should be included with the stay but other than than is a great place to stay!!! "

Our most satisfying vacations to date
"Words cannot adequately describe how beautiful that was. The house was quite cozy for my family and kids. The jacuzzi was our favorite feature. Since I was texting Ray, the host, with any query I had regarding the house or other issues, like the pools, he was incredibly nice and helpful. If you want to spend quality time with family or friends, my wife and I heartily recommend Ray and his home. Even my children were upset as we left the house because we didn't want to go. I swear I'll be at the same house next year."
