The entire hotel staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Their daily breakfast is excellent. Location was also great. Overall a great hotel experience.

The hotel is a short walk from the central station. Staff were helpful and professional. Room was good with comfortable beds and attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent.

To be fair, there was renovation underway during our visit. Still, finding the dirty soak next to the bed was gross. The front view was a busy highway, and out back was a parking lot. The room was very tiny. Peaking into another room I saw that it was normal size. Not sure how we got the tiny room. I couldn't even get out of the bed without my butt opening the curtains. An annoying reminder to keep with my diet lol. Wasn't particularly close to anything. However, five stars to the staff, and the aminities - decent gym, lounge, and breakfast. Still, overall three stars

Near the museum, clean, well maintained and close to transit. Absolutely worth booking

Extraordinary front desk service , the person had only been on the job two days but she went out of her way to accommodate our special requests ( we booked five rooms) !
