Then you would love Casa Maya Beach Lodge, Eagle Nest above Coconut Palmtrees on the beach of Puerto del Cuyo.

Nestled among the palms on the 3rd floor in a typical Mayan Palapa , the Casa Maya Lodge ( 250 ft, 22m2 living space) with a palm roof, shower , kitchenette and private beachfront terrace (200 ft, 20m2) for 2 guests. We recommend that Lodge with fabulous views of the sea and the beach for adventurers and people who appreciate the simple and natural life ala Robinson Crusoe.

Since many of the guests wanted to experience how the local Mayan Indians live, some have already been staying in the so-called 'palapas', 'cabanas' or 'lodges' in various places in Yucatan or Central America and had fun doing it. And we thought, why not offer something like that on the 3nd floor, special and truly authentic, our guests? Thus, our Casa Maya Lodge has been launched.

Not suitable for families with young children (rent the ground floor or penthouse condo instead), but rather recommended for couples and singles.

We want to thank you and make you feel acquainted and comfortable for your stay with us to avoid misunderstandings

On behalf of Matthias and Magally from Villas del Cuyo, we want to communicate the following points so that your stay and experience are more pleasant and together we create the best environment for you. Remember this is an Airbnb and not a Hotel so some things may vary.

Early check in and/or late check out requests:
upon availability, no charge from us, but 15 Eur/Usd donation for an official Gofundme Fundraiser we organise. We send infos on request to Matthias only, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

House/apartment requirements

1. make sure to contract a travel, health and accident insurance.
2. Report to us any damage in house that may arise and we try to solve it.
3. We do not allow parties or loud music at late hours, we want everyone to have a relaxed atmosphere during their vacation!
4. Do not leave garbage or food outside to avoid attracting small critters and at the same time protect the animals in the area, they take the garbage outside to trash bin..an avoid leaving flames or candles burning
5. Avoid extra guests (over night)
5b. We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage of car or your belongings while staying at our property.
6. Do not use the toilet as a garbage can and clean your feet of sand outside the house so we avoid clogging the pipes and the drain in showers and toilets.
8. Take care of the inventory, if something breaks we deduct it from the deposit at the end of the stay.
9. Cleaning with change of sheets included every 7 days, change of towels every 3 days included
10. This is an Airbnb , your home away from home, it is not a hotel. It is delivered with a bottle of water, soap, toilet paper roll, axxion, sponge. When it's over you have buy them on your own.
11. The caretaker is Magally, she is available from 9 am to 4 pm in case you need help with anything. Please treat her with respect. Her whatsapp is +
12. Please check that they have the WIFI code, towels, that the boiler is on and that everything is clean and in order in the house.
13. We do not accept pets at Hacienda del Cuyo (beach house) at Hacienda Antigua yes ($ 50Usd deposit)
14. Before your departure please leave dirty towels on the floor and do not leave dirty dishes.

Thank you for Leaving……………as a refundable security deposit. Its returned at the end of the stay less possible damages that might have occurred during the stay.
Towels, Sheets,Blankets and StarterKit is 300 Pesos at Antigua Lodge and Casa Maya Lodge,
600 Pesos at the Hacienda Antigua Villa, Hacienda del Cuyo Gf and/or Penthouse.We took that fee out of the Airbnb,Booking,Vrbo, Homeawy,Expedia etc listings and are to be paid in Mex Pesos in Cash upon arrival.
