GreSi's home - Holiday home, in the heart of medieval Tivoli

GreSi's Home is a charming and cozy, fully renovated apartment. Its prime location in the medieval historic center of Tivoli allows you to explore the city’s attractions on foot.
The apartment is located within the ZTL (restricted traffic zone). You can park your car at affordable rates at the Massimo multi-story parking garage, located 350 meters away.

A short flight of stairs leads to the apartment, which is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The apartment features a living room with a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, and an air conditioner with both heating and cooling functions. The small kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. For breakfast, you’ll have access to a toaster, a kettle, and a pod-style coffee maker. You’ll also find everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay.
A few steps lead up to the upper level, where you’ll find a cozy bedroom and a small but functional bathroom.
The bedroom features a double bed, a Smart TV, and air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a wall-mounted water heater, and an exhaust fan. Towels, hand soap, shampoo and body wash in dispensers, and a hair dryer are provided.
The furnishings in all rooms are brand new; every window has a screen, and you’ll also have access to a convenient washer-dryer with detergent provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, a pharmacy, a convenience store, and a supermarket.

Villa Gregoriana Park, protected and managed by the FAI, is 290 meters away and can be reached by crossing the Gregorian Bridge, from which you can admire the splendid waterfalls and the ancient acropolis of Tivoli, including the Temple of Vesta and the Temple of the Sibyl.

Villa d’Este, designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, is a pleasant 10-minute walk away.

The Sanctuary of Hercules the Victor is only 500 meters away.

The train station is 750 meters away.
