"Disappointing stay – not suitable for a business trip I stayed here for two nights on business and, unfortunately, was disappointed. Room 409 was very tired, with a stale smell and worn décor. The window frames were rotten, there were cobwebs outside, and the room overlooked a roof full of ducts ..."

"I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay. I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. ..."
