"Staff were exceptional , pleasant and smiling . They were so helpful and greeted you with a smile. Excellent location.. The hotel was sparking clean, with good sized rooms, easy parking and so close to downtown shopping. They focused on the small details and went the extra mile to make the stay special. Rates were very reasonable, especially for a family.I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone that asked."

"The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good."

"This property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The sitting area off the lobby for breakfast was surprisingly large. This hotel is in a great location for a trip on the ferry."

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"Horrible. Unusable pillows. Defective room with poor workmanship. Couldn’t close bathroom door. Noisey aircon from adjoining rooms all night. Big floodlights light up the room all night due to insufficient curtains. Worst night sleep in many years. The owners obviously never spent a night in one of their rooms."

"Everything was excellent! We forgot a pair of glasses that my husband needs to see with and we hadn’t realized it. The receptionist kept calling and calling until he was able to get in contact with us. Thank you so much for that!"

"This is a no frills little motel, but it’s very well located, the innkeeper Raj is lovely, and my room was spotless. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me at a place like this, and my room was immaculately clean. Highly recommend to anyone who just needs a basic place to lay your head for a good night’s sleep. Oh - also - the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"
