"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay.
I would especially like to appreciate the swimming pool staff member, who was extremely helpful and kind. He helped my daughter when she got stuck inside, and I truly...

"The pool is spectacular, the ocean views are incredible, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. However, the amenities were a bit scarce, the in-room minibar wasn't anything special, and the chocolates weren't good either. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night.
But above all, the most important part was spending a special day in the palace with my princess :)"

"Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
