"Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience."

"It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city."

"Very very small twin bed rooms. There is no daily room service or cleanup (even though I asked twice as I was staying for 3nights) had to live with Dave room conditions through out my entire stay."

"The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly. All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment. Not to mention the hotel is so clean and elegant. My family and I really had a lovely stay at Blossoms. I can recommend this hotel to anyone...

Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig. Das vorwiegend indische, aber auch "kontinentale" Frühstücksbüffett fanden wir hervorragend. Natürlich hat das Riesenhotel nicht die Atmosphäre eines kleinen individuellen Hotels. Es kommt immer darauf an, was man gerade braucht."
