"Our third visit to Heliotopos since 2022. We love room 33, which we always seem to get. It's comfortable, unpretentious and meets all our needs. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, good bathroom and living space. Excellent balcony area if the weather's good. You're really close to Tolo for eating, shopping and an amazing beach for swimming. " Large five story seafront hotel with probably seven acres of surrounding property. Beach was largely pebble with tiki shade/lounges and towel areas perhaps extending to 300 feet along the coast. Several areas designed for children seemed to be well maintained. The entire hotel has apparently been recently upgraded with new paint/tiling/balcony fixtures/etc. Room was average size with comfortable king bed and simple furniture from the 21st century. Breakfast was nice with numerous choices....
