Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football ...

Better impossible.
In short: All the items 10 over 10. Emplacement in the social knott of the city, garage, price, breakfast...The only inconvent is that the comfort of the beds retains you in horizontal, making almost impossible to get the fantastic breakfast. 😉
