A separate TV room/private work space is located on the main floor with double doors for added privacy. The living room is also equipped with a second TV for separate viewing and an adjoining dining room offers seating for ten.
LOCATION: Approximately 2 hours’ drive from the GTA on a sheltered bay inlet off Georgian Bay.

Thunder Beach offers a fantastic bay for swimming, boating, and all kinds of water activities. The local area is also home to many hiking and biking trails, as well as great fishing spots. The towns of Midland and Penetanguishene are just 15 minutes away and offer everything in the way of groceries, supplies and entertainment. Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Barrie and Orillia are both within an hour's drive if you feel the need to spend some city time. Whether you're looking for adventure or just want to relax and unwind, this home has something for everyone.

• Awenda Provincial Park: Over 2,900 hectares of forested land with 31 kilometres of trails, an interior lake for canoeing, and 17 kilometres of backcountry ski trails in winter. Mountainview Ski Centre offers 35 km of groomed trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing (20 mins), Awenda Provincial Park (20 mins) has 17 kilometres of backcountry ski trails in winter. Mount St. Louis Moonstone is 45 minutes away for downhill skiing. • Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons: This world-renowned reconstruction illustrates the interaction of the French and Wendat nations.
