The apartment is situated in a quiet location across from the old spa park and just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the beach.

The exclusively designed living room features a leather sofa set and a mood-lit wall unit with a flat-screen TV.
The built-in kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, Braun coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and electric kettle.

In front of the sheltered southwest-facing balcony, which invites you to linger, there is a small dining area.
From the hallway, you can access the bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a spacious sliding-door closet, as well as a bright shower room—newly renovated in January 2020—equipped with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

A shared washer and dryer are located in the basement.

A parking space is reserved for you. During the summer season from April 1 to 15.10.2026, a beach chair is available for you on the beach.
Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of malfunctions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.

The nearest bakery for your seaside breakfast is just a few steps away. The town center and additional shopping options are also only a 5-minute walk from your apartment.
