This home is located in a quiet Netarts Beach neighborhood, about a half mile from the beach, and surrounded by an old-growth forest. You'll be just a few minutes by car or foot from the white sands and surf of the Pacific Ocean.

The space
This house is almost a single-level home. The main level features an open living room that blends into a kitchen that is fully equipped, along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The lower level has one additional bedroom, a full bathroom and the laundry area.

When you are not out exploring all that Oregon has to offer, or heading to the beach, feel free to enjoy one of the 3 trails located inside our neighborhood.
