Large Ocean View Home with Guest Quarters Close to the Beach Four Large Decks


  • This beautiful home with fantastic ocean views is in a prime location in Oceanside with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The main house has four large bedrooms with queen beds, one with an additional twin bed. There are many recent updates and remodeled bathrooms. You can add the Guest Quarters to your reservation for an additional fee, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a fold out queen bed. Rental rates for the Guest Quarters are $100 a night, $45 cleaning fee and lodging tax. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the house and has a large deck. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. Both kitchens are fully equipped and both units have outdoor gas grills. and porch swings. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance. This beautiful beach house works great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.

The view was amazing! The house held 6 ladies for our weekend book club trip, we each had our own bed and lots of room to roam around. The lighting in the house is great for doing arts and taking pictures. The house was very clean and decorated very cute. The only issue we had, which we read about before is the limited parking. We had three cars, which just fit. Be warned to try and keep it to two cars. It was a wonderful place that provided lots of extras. We are already planning another trip here.

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful! The house is very well stocked with the essentials and clean. Parking is tight but overall the property was great for our weekend stay.
