You will experience instant relaxation when you set foot into this beautiful ocean view home. Whether it's a sunny summer weekend or a cold stormy winter day, this location on Netarts Bay offers a comfortable interior for relaxing at the coast. There's a spot for everyone in the living room to get warm in front of the wood burning fireplace, settle back and watch cable on the flat screen TV in the bedrooms, or just curl up with a good book. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room, so everyone can continue great conversation while the meal is being prepared. The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a dishwasher so you'll be able to clean up easily! And for sit-down meals, there's plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, and bowls to set the table for your vacation feasts.

When it's time to turn in after a day playing on the beach, head upstairs to the cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and also has a TV. The full bathroom is also located on this upper level in between the 2 rooms and has a walk in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub.

Whether you're strolling along the beach, clamming nearby, catching a nap on the deck, or enjoying a fabulous coastal sunset every evening, this ocean view vacation rental surrounds you with serenity. This is perfect spot for a family getaway or a quiet trip with friends.

** Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $50 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure.
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Budget friendly and very nice

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The property itself is very reasonably priced, surprisingly so given the views and how it’s beachfront with no houses between the property and the beach. The property itself is well maintained as well and the property manager is proactive in their communication and friendly.

This is a condo with 4 units. Did not hear the neighbors, great view of ocean. Close to water. 5 minute drive for us older ones to get to beach. Would come back.

Great Views on a Quiet Beach

The house was as advertised - Everything was comfortable and easy. The view is great and the sofa and bed are very comfortable. The balcony off the living room is wonderful for watching the waves and the activity below on the beach. Access to the beach is a bit steep, but only a short walk. It wouldn't be doable for some folks and wasn't doable for our older dog. But easy access to the beach is a very quick drive down the hill. The kitchen is well equipped but we were disappointed that the range exhaust fan didn't work and most of the pans were in poor shape, so we didn't end up cooking out of concern for odor and smoke. We had brought a bunch of groceries that we ended up just bringing home. Oh well - Schooners is a nice restaurant just up the road. Communication with the management was quick and easy and we certainly would recommend this place to others. We'd love to come back too! Cheers :-)

Great little place

It was a nice place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked but it was lacking in storage for food and groceries. The 2 doors into the bathroom were a little concern but we solved the issue by locking the one in from the master bedroom and just using the door in the hall to avoid any mishaps. It was very clean and met our needs

Honeymoon Adventures

My husband and i love the Oregon coast. Weve been married 10 year and just renewed our vows. I wanted to choose a spot we together have never done. We stayed 3 nights but honestly we should of stayed longer. Darn jobs lol. The views were breathtaking. The access to the beach was a few yards away. Nice quiet street. Android or your vehicles gps cannot find this place. But thanks to the property manager she sent us and apple cordinance which helped. My vehicle is a 2023 but it couldnt find Netarts when punching in the navigation. I wanna go back!

Location, Location, Location

Right over the beach - enjoying the gorgeous views while staying warm inside with 2 great fireplaces. Not fancy, but well-appointed, clean, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to enjoy a couple of nights away. Even a jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom that was relaxing and really hit the spot. We never heard our neighbors which was really nice and the balconies on both floors really let you be outside without having to bundle and brace for the wind and cold (we went while it was still off-season). We will definitely return for another great getaway soon.

Awesome netarts workation!

My husband worked remotely for a month and enjoyed the Netarts Bay/Pacific ocean . We enjoyed both fireplaces and the jacuzzi . Sarah was excellent in responding to our questions immediately. The linens supplied were great. Besides the awesome view, Netarts was not far from other charming Oregon coastal communities. We explored up and down the coast, the 3 capes were awesome and we had fun collecting pretty rocks and agates. We would definitely rent this same unit again!

Great spot right in the beach. Not super clean. Also insect and mouse droppings suggest need for exterminator. Quite expensive but to be expected on the coast. Overall enjoyable. Beautiful location. Easy parking. Beautiful beach. Dog friendly. Manager communicated well.

Great location and views. The upstairs bedroom was very warm ((don’t think the condo has AC?) Don’t recall the listing addressing central AC or not. Cooled down in the evenings. Would encourage some firm of shade cover on downstairs deck as the sun makes it inhospitable during the day

Beauty in the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Bay. The views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean was incredible. The check in process and other communication from the property managers/cleaning staff was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

First-rate location

The location of this large Netarts condo can't be beat. We were stunned by the sunsets visible (inescapable, really) from the living room and master bedroom, had quick access to the beach when we wanted it, and were continually entertained by watching the fishers and beachwalkers from inside and from the deck. The unit is well maintained (mostly—see below) and comfortable. Communication from the management company is good, but not especially personal. If we'd been reached out to by an individual, we would have mentioned our one complaint privately instead of in the public review we've been repeatedly prompted to leave. There was a strong disinfectant-like smell that we noticed immediately upon entering the unit, and that never faded or went away. People's sensitivities differ, and I could deal with it without special steps, but my wife couldn't—she was only able to sleep by putting one of the towels we brought over her pillow. When I put in the sheets while preparing to leave, it became obvious that the problem was the laundry detergent. The bottle said All Free & Clear, a fragrance-free detergent, but that's not what was in it. We use that detergent ourselves. It's possible that the last visitors used too much detergent when doing the laundry, and it wasn't fully rinsed out. Or maybe that's the way it always makes the laundry smell. But it wasn't good. The liquid soaps in the bathroom had all been topped off with water, making them unpleasantly thin. This adds to my certainty that the "free & clear" laundry detergent was also not as indicated on the package, but had been topped off with something cheaper and less suitable for people with sensitivities. This kind of cost-cutting is never pleasant to see even when it doesn't lead to a sleepless night, and would have been particularly outrageous if we'd been paying summer's resort-like rates instead of the off season's much lower prices.

Great family house!!

Has everything you need for a great family vacation! Clamming equipment, sand buckets and shovels for kids, hose with sprayer for cleaning shells and sandy things. Would recommend a bigger pot for boiling class or crabs. View from the decks are relaxing and short walk to the beach!!
