Affordable home with gorgeous bay and ocean views!

Affordable meets comfortable in this cozy home overlooking Netarts Bay. This lovely home is just a 5-minute walk to Netarts Bay and a 5-minute drive to the hillside village of Oceanside, with its iconic 3 Arch Rocks and secluded double beaches connected by the Rosenberg tunnel. Take advantage of the miles of beach that connect Netarts Bay to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. If you enjoy crabbing, clamming, or fishing, Netarts Bay has the best on the Oregon Coast. There is a narrow driveway, but there is room to park your boat and crab boats can be rented less than a 5 minute from the house.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view of the Bay and Ocean. The interior is spacious with separate areas for adults and kiddos. There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a claw foot tub; the second bedroom also has a full size bed, and the third has two twin size beds with a full bath with a tub/shower combo in between the rooms. The bottom floor is a bonus room with a Smart TV, 2 couches and a queen size bed along with a full bathroom. There is also a twin size sleeper sofa in the loft!

The comfortable living room has plenty of seating for all of you to enjoy spending time together talking or watching a movie on the Smart TV. There is also Wi-Fi at the house so you can continue to stay connected on your personal devices or laptops.

You can eat brunch, try cheese tasting, and all that Tillamook has to offer in just a short seven-mile drive. Located just off the Three Capes Scenic Drive, the house also offers easy access to sand dunes, fishing, a lighthouse, whale watching and more.

** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)
** Note: This house does not allow pets, but the owner does have one and brings it occasionally. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you are allergic to dogs. We have great cleaners that do everything they can to make the home welcoming, clean, and inviting for you to stay in!

You will climb stairs, but the views are worth it! Bird’s-eye view of the bay and easy beach access five minutes’ walk to the north. We walked all the way from this beach to Oceanside. Internet works fine, but there’s very little cell phone service. (Ours works at the Bayside Market nearby.) Comfortable for 6-8 people, a little worn around the edges but everything in working order. We’d stay there again!

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay in Netarts. The house had easy check in and was very clean. There was lots of room and beautiful views of the bay. Communication was great and I would recommend this rental.

Nice and cozy

The house was as billed on-line. Nice folks to work with and a new refrigerator and couches were being installed as we arrived. Right across the street was a row of beach house on the water. Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Birds in the bay

We had an amazing stay. We especially loved watching the bird life in the bay and the pelicans diving for fish. Relaxing if you want to hang out and close to things to do if you want to adventure. Must visit Salty Raven for fun sweatshirts, t-shirts, mugs and other fun stuff. All by a local artist ❤️.

Family stay at the Coast

Great location, easy

Communication with property manager easy, location was great, good amount of towels and TP. Many plates and utensils. Not sure if there was a knife sharpener but I could’ve used one in the kitchen. Many sheets etc. House has a great layout, this was worth our time and money. Great value.

MAKING MEMORIES

We really enjoyed our stay at Netart!s Bay!! A wonderful time with family. The oven temperature is off. The refrigerator froze some food and ruin the eggs. But all in all, we had a memorable time

Week long family trip

Loved our summer vacation trip to Netarts Bay! Quiet neighborhood with close location to the beach. Plenty of space for our 7 adults and 1 6 year old. Easy check in and check out process! Property manager that I spoke with, Sarah, was available if there was ever any questions! Lots of dishes to cook own meals, including pot to boil crabs you catch in bay through local crabbing company. Highly recommend property to anyone wanting to book!!!

Beautiful views, homey feeling, close to beach

Wow did we have a blast here! Beautiful views, great communication from host, very comfy home but with the charm of a beach house. We were so close to the beaches, and pretty close to a great restaurant off of the beach that had a fun vibe. Yes we would stay here again.

The house was large enough for us to visit family. The house was in a great location, with an amazing view. The property manager was friendly & responsive, the house was very clean. Only complaint is that the house is old & worn, furniture is uncomfortable, beds are awful, kitchen appliances are broken. I would give it 5 stars if they updated the property.

Perfect for our group

Very solid house. I'm the earliest riser and this is the first place we've stayed where the floors, doors and beds don't creak waking everyone up. Plenty of comfortable seating. Great view of the water. The only thing I wish had been different is the upstairs bathroom is a tub only. But that's really no big deal. If one of our girls weekends is back to this location, I would book here again.
