"The room was lovely and I loved that they had a mini fridge, air con and my view was great of the river.
Close by to Tesco, cable carts.
The swimming pool is small, and awkwardly down a lot of stairs. The sauna is in the changing room, so if you go with a partner you won’t experience this together.
About 5 loungers around the pool.
No robe in the room, but I saw other guests with them.
Breakfast was ok but the juice was very warm, which isn’t nice on a hot day."

"On arrival even after pre booking the staff tried to tell me they were fully booked, it was late, I was delayed & didn’t need that hassle. Then when I booked it the hotel booking stated parking available - family followed signs for hotel parking & it fined us £100 - booking details were not clear where to park & caused so much upset then hotel couldn’t care less! Neither could Expedia, an all round disappointment & expensive stay!!!"
